Making a Return

You may return any item within 7 calendar days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Include your receipt or proof of purchase and a brief explanation for the return with your item. Please send your returns to the address provided by Fire Halo.

Order Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order. Due to varying factors such as shipping status or custom-made items, it may be necessary to reach out to us for order cancellation and refund procedures. Refund Process

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will conduct an inspection and inform you that we have received it. You will be updated on the status of your refund following the inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment less freight charges. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days according to your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
